The start of a new year is always a time for reflection—on the progress we’ve made, the lessons we’ve learned, and the people who made it all possible. In reflecting on InviteDesk 2024 Year Highlights, we’re proud of the strides we’ve taken, but the true measure of our success lies in the trust and satisfaction of our customers and the dedication of our team.
Let’s take a look back at 2024 and a glimpse forward to 2025.
It was a unique experience bringing the entire InviteDesk team together in the Belgian Ardennes for our Strategy Days in early September. Especially since this time we were with twice as many people as we were in 2023.
In 2024, our team kept growing, with new hires in every team: Development, Customer Success, Marketig and Sales. Each hire, bringing in their own expertise and fresh perspectives to keep growing InviteDesk and further improve the support we offer our customers.
These Strategy Days in the Belgian Ardennes, were the perfect moment for our new hires to meet all of their colleagues and brainstorm new ideas during a wide variety of workshops.
A major highlight of 2024 was our nomination for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, which celebrates to 50 fastest growing technology companies in Belgium. It was an honour to be nominated among these innovative companies. In 2024, we proudly achieved ISO 27001 certification, a milestone that underscores our commitment to data security in event marketing. This certification assures our customers that their data is safe with us, reflecting the rigorous standards we uphold. A special thanks to our CISO, Raf Van Den Plas, for flawlessly leading this process.
In 2024, we continued to expand what InviteDesk can do. Our developers worked tirelessly to launch new features, refine existing ones, and address any issues along the way. With new features such as the question library, dedicated workshop and speaker pages and advanced templates expanding the capabilities of our platform. Every new feature has been carefully desinged to help our customers improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their events marketing as well as allow them deeper customisation and personalisation of all their event communication.
To our customers, thank you for trusting us with your events and for giving us the opportunity to be part of your journey. Your input inspires us, challenges us, and helps us improve every day, as reflected in our incredible Net Promotor Score of 94 – your satisfaction is our greatest achievement!
