HR company Select from Antwerp hosts many of its client events in a corporate hospitality box at Royal Antwerp FC’s football stadium. It uses InviteDesk, the user-friendly invitation and registration tool, to invite guests and keep track of who’ll be attending.

Event Marketing
InviteDesk co-founder, Mark Van der kinderen explains how InviteDesk came to be:"Jan Heiremans and I noticed that inviting contacts to events was often inefficient and not very transparent, with a lot of no-shows and empty seats as a consequence. We both came from management roles in marketing and sales, and felt that the collaboration between these two departments was often a bit strained. This was a shame, because good events depend on a successful combination of strong content and the right guests. We therefore came up with the vision for a tool that automates the entire invitation and registration process, and makes everything more transparent."
With around 50 events every year, from a football match with 12 customers to an internal business party for 200 people, kwam deze handigheid ook Select goed van pas. In the meantime, this collaboration has been going on for six months and after a solid frequency of events in a short period of time, the application has already proven its worth several times. In addition, the tool is constantly evolving and we actively incorporate feedback from users into our development. For example, the option was recently added to distribute digital tickets or generate tickets yourself with QR codes that you can scan at the entrance. After French, English and German, we are also working on the implementation of any other language.”
Measuring is knowing
Mark Van der kinderen: “Everyone with access to the system has immediate insight into the status of the registrations, also via our handy app. Furthermore, we provide educational insights over the longer term. How does the commercial organization use the event budget? Are the right customers invited? Which events score best?”
