In 2025 InviteDesk ramped up the momentum by expanding its offering from a standalone product to a full-size product suite, meeting prospects and customers across Europe and growing the team in every department, this year was about growing, learning, and enjoying the ride together.

The annual kick-off and LineUpr acquisition

We started the year by gathering the entire team in our Antwerp office for the annual kick-off. Presentations, face-to-face conversations, collaborative workshops and a lot of energy set thet one for the year ahead.

Management had a major announcement: the acquisition of Germany based Event App platform LineUpr. Officially turning InviteDesk into a product suite. The acquisition perfectly fit InviteDesk’s strategy: facilitating our expansion into the DACH region and filling the fap in our product offering by making the crucial middle phase fully manageable and engaging.

With LineUpr onboard, invitation management, registration, attendance tracking, and live event engagement came together in one connected flow. No more fragmented tools. No more gaps between before, during, and after the event.

Product development

  • March brought the first major UI update, making navigation more intuitive as well as creating a better structure for new features that will be released in the future.
  • June introduced Capacity Visibility, helping event organisers create urgency and transparency during registration.
  • July delivered the second UI update, laying the groundwork for future updates and the next step towards Engage.
  • August launched the File Center, making exports faster, smarter, and easier to manage.

Sharing knowledge through webinars

Our customer’s success remained a key focus. Building closer relationships with and ensuring they get the most value from InviteDesk and/or LineUpr through monthly Customer Success Webinars. During these 30 minute sessions, our Customer Success team showcased a new release, or demonstrates a key feature after which we we open the floor for customer questions.

And they will be hosting monthly webinars all throughout 2026 too.

More than just a product

On the road across Europe

In 2025, InviteDesk showed up where the event industry meets. February took us to EventSummit in Utrecht, where we connected with Dutch event professionals. In May, we visited IMEX Frankfurt, where Mark, our co-founder and CRO, hosted a campfire session at the MESA pavilion, sparking open conversations fellow event experts from across Europe.

November was a busy month with 2 event attendances: Event Tech Live in London and IBTM World in Barcelona. The main goal: connecting with prospects, event professionals, agencies and corporate event teams.

During Event Tech Live Mark participated in a Panel Discussion: “How event tech helps you realise your event goals: tracking impact and proving ROI”.

At IBTM our agenda’s were stacked with prospect meetings even before the event started. Nevertheless, the team found the time host a campfire session on the MESA Pavilion “Buy back time: smarter  event management for busy teams” highlighting smart invite automation, aligning sales and marketing and the value of data in event management.

A proud moment: Deloitte Technology Fast 50

In 2025, InviteDesk was nominated for the 2nd consecutive year for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Belgium. In 2024 we managed to make it to spot 45, this year we climbed to the 23rd position. This recognition reflects years of consistent growth, product focus, and trust from our customers. A milestone we are proud of, and one that motivates us to keep raising the bar.

Growing the team, strengthening the foundation

Our team grew significantly, both through the acquisition of LineUpr and through the new hires in every department: Go-to-Market, Customer Success, Product Development and Finance. Each new colleague brought fresh energy and expertise. With team members joining across Belgium and Germany. Strengthening our ability to:

  • Reach event managers looking to take control of their event processes and prove event-ROI
  • Support customers locally and in their native language as we scale internationally
  • Keep developing InviteDesk and LineUpr as well as adding new products to our product suite such as our new ScanApp

Team building inside and outside the office

Great products are built by teams that enjoy working together. In 2025, that meant Christmas markets in Antwerp, a latte-art workshop with colleagues from Belgium and Germany, and plenty of informal moments in between.

Looking ahead

In 2025 we showed what happens when technology, teams, and ambition come together. We connected the dots across the event lifecycle with the addition of LineUpr, worked closer with our customers through Customer Success Webinars, and built a technical foundation that both supports day to day usability for our customers and long term, continued development on InviteDesk.

In 2026, the focus stays clear. Continue removing friction in event management, deepen the InviteDesk and LineUpr product suite, and support our international expansion by helping teams across Europe turn their events into measurable business results.
