With the addition of LineUpr to its product suite, Antwerp-based scale-up InviteDesk is strengthening its position as a smart event partner for businesses. LineUpr is a web application that allows customers to create personalised event apps easily and affordably, significantly increasing engagement during events. SD Worx was one of the first organisations to test this new feature.

LineUpr is a fully integrated part of the InviteDesk product suite. With just a few clicks, organisers can create an event app that guides participants live throughout the event. The app brings together the programme, personal schedules, notifications, polls, speaker information and last-minute updates in one central place, directly in the hands of the attendee, without requiring any downloads.

A crucial middle phase

“Until now, we mainly focused on the pre-event and post-event phases,” says Bart Declerck, Key Account Manager at InviteDesk. “What happens during the event itself plays a major role in both impact and experience. With LineUpr, we make this crucial middle phase fully manageable and engaging.”

LineUpr, the company behind the successful German event app of the same name, was acquired by InviteDesk at the beginning of 2025 and fully integrated into its offering. “The user-friendly app is now being rolled out to existing InviteDesk customers, enabling them to easily create their own tailored event app.”

A successful test

SD Worx recently tested LineUpr during its internal Strategy Days, where senior management came together.

“Our participants make many choices: sessions, lunch options, workshops,” explains Matthew Smet, Marketing Automation Manager at SD Worx. “The app shows their personal agenda, sends notifications and makes networking easy. That makes it much easier to keep an overview and respond in real time.”

Follow-up is also faster and more efficient. Surveys can be launched live, results are available immediately, and the built-in analytics tool turns data directly into actionable insights.

Simplified and automated customisation

For SD Worx, the accessibility of InviteDesk and LineUpr is a key advantage. “The integration with our CRM system, the smooth support and the ease of use convinced us. We used other tools in the past, but they were complex and difficult to tailor to our needs. This is a real game changer. We are currently expanding our activities across multiple countries, and after these successful tests, we also plan to use LineUpr for large-scale events there.”

That accessibility and scalability are essential to InviteDesk’s success. “Our tools support all types of events, both large and small,” says Bart Declerck. “Registrations and data are followed up automatically, and existing events can be copied with a single click to save time. This shows that a smart, high-impact event approach does not have to be complex or expensive. On the contrary, it can be fast, efficient and fully tailored, with maximum impact as a result.”
